An optimistic, glass-half-full kind of human. Once a Program Operations Manager, a Technical Writer, a Software Tester, a Project Manager, a Program Manager, and a Scrum Master, Tomo is serving as an Agile Coach at a Fortune 500 financial service company in his 25th year in the "real world". Using his knowledge, experience, and skills, he serves an individual at a time so that people will enjoy their journeys, teams so that they lead themselves better, and organizations so that they serve their customers more effectively. Being a life long "tinkerer", he experiments and finds better ways to do things at home, at work, and on the tennis court. He also uses his own 6-step Feedback Solicitation Technique (presented at MHA 2018) to gather data to improve and grow more productively. Since moving to Denver in 2013, he has been an active member of the Agile Denver community as a participant, facilitator, and presenter at its SIG meetings.
